I attended Bethesda Jazz last night for the Christopher Williams and Troop show. The show was amazing, both acts did very well. I am not much of a Troop fan, but I love myself some CW. He sang some of his greatest hits and when he sang Marvin Sapp's never would have made it, he made my play mom cry. The baritone voice and his ability to hold a note for a long time and the fact that he gave out kisses was the highlight of the show. I wish he would have been able to do a few more songs. I encourage anyone who has thought about seeing CW or Troop to do so. You won't be disappointed.

I read the reviews beforehand. Ordered the fried shrimp. They served hot, no complaints, they delicious Had about 6 to 8 shrimp, nice size. The reviews complained about the price...$17 is about average considering the size. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm. Also ordered spinach dip. Suggest serving it warm. All and all, I would give it a 7 out of 10
